How long will it take to process my order?
We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of order receipt. Most orders are despatched by Royal Mail using the Royal Mail 48H service. This means you should receive your order within 4 to 5 working days. If your order has not been delivered within this timeframe you can email our team on hello@synergy-group.uk.
Returns
If you wish to return you order to us you can do so, within 14 days of receipt, as long as you have not chosen a customisable product.
If for any reason you think that there has been an error with your order, please get in touch so we can fix this for you as soon as possible. Email hello@synergy-group.uk . Please make sure to include your order number in your email to us.
Faulty or damaged goods
If your order arrives with you in a faulty or damaged state then please return it to us at the address below or email a photo of it to hello@synergy-group.uk. We will review the order and if it was obviously damaged in transit or faulty when they left us, we will send a replacement.
